Provide your correct legal company name, registration status, relevant experience, and current qualifications. Describe certifications and service coverage accurately, and notify us when material details change.
Legal and ethical conduct
Conduct business in accordance with applicable laws and procurement requirements. Do not offer bribes, improper gifts, false statements, or nonpublic procurement information.
Capability and delivery
Represent product availability, service capacity, and delivery timing realistically. Disclose material dependencies and communicate issues that could affect a proposed commitment.
Responsible handling of information
Share only documents you are authorized to provide. Protect confidential information received during commercial discussions. This public website is not a channel for classified, CUI, or export-controlled technical information.
Professional communication
